Your typical lot in this area as you know is 25 x 100. It is REALLY rare to find a lot like this one, in essence, it’s a lot and a half. House is livable but is a bit dated. There does appear to be extensive work that is needed to be nice. HOWEVER, Plumbing is newer as are fixtures and newer central furnace too!. Could you live in it currently? Sure.
