Manhattan Village

The only gated community in Manhattan Beach, called The Village, is highly desired by those looking for an added layer of security in their neighborhood. A 24 hour monitored entry gate guards this completely fenced-in community. Here, homes are regulated by an HOA where residents adhere to standards for their homes, town-homes, and estates which guarantee a beautifully maintained neighborhood. The Village occupants enjoy some of the greatest benefits in Manhattan Beach. Bikes paths and walking paths meander throughout the properties allowing for exercise just outside one’s door. Wide well-maintained streets provide plenty of guest parking, and add to the safety families enjoy when children play in the yard or ride bikes between the private parks sprinkled throughout the community. Also, many homes here enjoy the luxury of sizable yards and sparkling pools. Approximately 400 Court Homes and Town Homes, plus 122 Estate Homes make up this private community.
