The Hermosa Valley section is an excellent option in Hermosa Beach to find a range of ocean view homes at better prices and large estates with more elbow room than in the sand. Valley area homes are mere minutes to the beach and conveniently located close to local shopping and restaurants in the downtown Hermosa Beach area and on the East end of Pier Avenue and PCH where it is bordered.
