    2015 Median Home Sales: Redondo Beach Single-Family Homes

    We continue to move down the beach this week, taking a look at single-family homes in Redondo Beach. Below you will find a general overview of Redondo Beach median home sales from this past year in order to give you a better understanding of what to expect if you plan to buy or sell your home this year. Redondo beach has diverse real estate offerings, so along with the overall city median sale, we are also sharing median sales in sub-sections of south Redondo (north and south of Torrance Blvd) and north Redondo (north and south of Artesia Blvd).

     

    Overall Median Sale – $940,000

    717 Anita Street (1,792 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
