South Bay Home Listings to Consider

You all know that I work really hard to get a blog posted weekly to keep you up-to-date on South Bay real estate. It is tedious work, but I know our readers benefit from it and the research keeps my real estate chops sharper than the average agent.

This is one of those short weeks where I would normally miss a post.

Instead, I am going to take the opportunity to use this blog post to feature the listings keeping me busy.

230 Avenue A, Redondo Beach

This modern farmhouse is like new, built in 2014, with a gorgeous chef’s kitchen and legal detached office/in-law suite with full bathroom and walk-in closets. The inventory on the Avenues is incredibly constrained for new construction homes and properties west of PCH are rare.

The home is even better in person and the short walk to The Esplanade and beach is truly amazing.

22312 Marjorie Avenue, Torrance

There are essentially zero homes in South Torrance that sell below $1 million, heck, even below $1.1 million. This home is a special opportunity to pick up one of the best priced properties in the neighborhood and bring it back to life with some TLC. Curb-appeal is cute as a button with fresh paint, vinyl windows, and new turf, but the inside needs a lot of love. This home is priced to sell and has a lot of upside once rehabbed.

Both properties are fabulous opportunities. If you have any questions, you know where to find me.

Cheers.
